In office visits will be restricted to Well Visits, all sick visits or patients with COVID-19 like symptoms who are not vaccinated will remain as telemed. also, if you have traveled out of state withing the last two weeks, are waiting for covid-19 test results or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for covid-19 you will be given a telemed apointment.
please bring your vaccine card to your appointment so it can be added to your medical record.
Testing to check for COVID-19 antibodies is now available via a blood test. this will show whether you have had exposure to the virus and have developed antibodies to it. we will offer this to all of our patients by appointment.
